We conclude our Lenten Series: Why Did Jesus Come If It Meant a Cross? Our sermon is from Romans 5:12-21 and is entitled, "He Came to Give Us Eternal Life"
Our text for Easter brings a laser sharp focus to the central issue in the world, life and death. Paul’s text from Romans helps us see there is a disease called sin from which all die. Amazingly it also points to the one gift of grace in all history that gives life in the midst of that death. Eternal relationship with the Lord has been made possible inspite of our being dead in sin.
