When Strivings Cease: Surrendering Our Shame and Insecurity to Christ
Have you ever felt as if you don’t measure up? Or that you just can’t do the things you feel you ought to do in order to be the woman you want to be? Do you ever battle a sense of shame and insecurity that you can never quite seem to shake?
You are not alone! The pressure to be enough, do enough, and feel like we’re enough is immense. But shame does not have the last word, not for those who belong to Christ! Join us as we apply the healing hope of the gospel to our weary hearts and follow our Gentle Shepherd out of shame and striving and into the rest and security he offers those who love him.
Join other St. Paul’s women for a fun and meaningful time of fellowship, teaching, worship, and prayer. A morning snack will be provided! Childcare available.
