From Sunday's Sermon:
We are the spoil that the Father gives the Son in His victory over sin and death. And the Son gives to us the spoil of His victory, eternal life.
John 10:28-29 - 28 I give them eternal life (the spoil), and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me (as the spoil), is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.
